15 years of experience in the association as president of a cultural association (Al-Hikma Al-Talaghma Cultural Club) from 2010 to 2015. He then founded the Olympic Sports Club, where he held the position of president from 2013 to 2020. He also founded the Algerian Association for Relations and Human Solidarity from 2015 to the present day 2025.
Rokaia Boukarasse
Vice President
Professor of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Algiers 3. She has been an activist and member of the Algerian Association for Human Relations and Solidarity since 2018. She has served as president of scientific and training forums.
Chazzan Mohamed
Secretary General
The youngest leader of the association is a 21-year-old girl currently studying at the University of Algiers 03, majoring in political science and international relations, interested in humanitarian affairs and development.
